.ES Will Be Available To All After November 8

After Tuesday, November 8^th, 2005, The country code top level domain (ccTLD) of Spain--.ES--will be available to all. Currently, .ES is restricted to residents of Spain. Come November 8^th, it won't matter if you are from China, or Canada or the good old US of A: anyone and everyone will be able to register .ES domain names.
