Oh Boy, More GoDaddy Trouble

Problems with a simple domain transfer of ownership to a colleague of mine. Also experiencing much heartburn because I can't change the nameservers for certain .CC domain names. I find it very, very frustrating when I need to call Arizona just to make simple changes like this. Not good. Not good at all. Bob Parsons needs to take all that money he's spending on silly SuperBowl ads and invest it in fixing up the GoDaddy system. Sure, their prices are great. But what good is a great price if managing domains is such a headache? Hey, Bob! Bob Parsons! XYZPDQ!

eNom is starting to look better and better every day. GoDaddy! Wake up! It's not too late to redeem yourselves!

They could also use a new callcenter that doesn't take 6-10 minutes to get to talk to someone. I agree, the money they are spending on the ads should have gone to making their service better.

Yeah, I have my complaints. But overall I think GoDaddy is a good company. We all need a swift kick in the pants every once in a while :o)

I've had nothing but problems with GoDaddy, they are all hype. Their software logic is bad and they have very dumb support people who can't answer simple questions. Like why can't your software update in REAL time. ... I'm moving my domains to a Tucows reseller, even though it's a few $$ more, it's worth it -- less hassles!
